We had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the amazing attractions of the Moravian Kras area. We were able to easily visit the nearby brewery in Černá Hora and enjoy the charming hills that surrounded the hotel. Secondly, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel comfortable and welcome. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The included breakfast was also a highlight, with a delicious and varied selection.

All aspects of our stay were absolutely wonderful - no improvements needed.

The wellness center facilities could use some improvement.

The food served during our New Year's stay was really impressive, it was almost too much to handle! the common areas are comfortable and modern, looking. the location was perfect , we had no problem moving around. An added bonus was the beautiful garden, which provided ample space to relax.

The room assigned to us looked tired and outdated. the bathroom appeared to be poorly maintained and not cleaned properly in some time.
